Purpose of the website

This website presents Forjia’s services: custom software development, websites, AI automation and integration, AI consulting and audits, and maintenance and support. It is informational and lets you contact us. No products are sold and no payments are made through it.

Information, prices and estimates

Information on the website is general and indicative. It is not a binding offer.

Figures from the “AI where it saves hours” tool are illustrative estimates based on generic assumptions. They do not guarantee any result; actual savings depend on each operation and are worked out during discovery.

Scope, price, timelines, payment milestones (30% / 40% / 30%), warranties and code ownership for each project are set in the proposal and contract signed by both parties, which prevail over any content on this website.

Permitted use

You agree to use the website lawfully and not to:

• Submit false information, third-party data without authorisation or unlawful content through the form.
• Attempt unauthorised access to systems, accounts or data, or introduce malicious code.
• Use the form to send unsolicited advertising or automated messages.
• Copy, reproduce or bulk-extract the website’s content.

Intellectual property

Texts, design, code, the brand and the trade name Forjia belong to their owner or are used with permission, and are protected by Ecuador’s Organic Code of the Social Economy of Knowledge, Creativity and Innovation and applicable international treaties. Visiting the website grants no licence.

The photographs and video on the website are third-party works published under open licences (Creative Commons BY, BY-SA, CC0 or public domain). Their authors, licences and sources are listed under “Photographs” at the foot of each page. Their use does not imply those authors endorse the company.

Third-party services and links

The website links to third-party services such as WhatsApp and uses Cloudflare and Resend to receive and deliver the form. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or policies, which you should review when using them.

Liability

We try to keep the website running and its information accurate, but we do not guarantee it is free of errors or interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the website or from decisions based solely on its general content.

Nothing in these terms limits the rights granted to you by Ecuador’s Organic Consumer Protection Law and other mandatory rules, where they apply to you.

Electronic communications

You agree that we may contact you by email or other electronic means you give us. Under Ecuador’s Law on Electronic Commerce, Electronic Signatures and Data Messages, data messages have the same legal value as written documents. An up-to-date web browser and a PDF reader are enough to open the documents we send you.

Personal data protection

Processing of the data you send us is governed by our Privacy policy.

Questions and complaints

You can send any question, complaint or claim to hola@forjia.net or to our address. We reply within 15 days at most.

Changes

We may change these terms and the website’s content at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page, with its update date.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ecuador. Any dispute will first be addressed directly and amicably or through mediation; failing that, it will be submitted to the competent judges of the website owner’s domicile, without prejudice to the venue the law grants consumers.
